If offered, concessions/scholarships follow a separate policy (see Scholarships page).
Transparency helps families plan and builds trust before a visit.
Typically there may be annual revisions. Publish the academic year clearly (e.g., 2025-26) and last updated date.
If offered, link to Scholarships/Concessions page and list basic eligibility criteria.
Admissions/accounts can guide you; keep contact details visible on this page.
Microcopy options (use as sidebars / small strips)
- "Transparent fees = calm planning."
- "Always publish the academic year and last updated date."
If instalment options are available, publish the schedule and terms clearly so families can plan. If not, publish the payment windows to avoid confusion.
If refund rules exist, publish them transparently (admission/registration refunds, mid-session withdrawal rules, etc.) and keep them consistent.
Provide a dedicated phone number/email or helpdesk contact for fee-related support so parents get quick, clear answers.
